นั่ง taxi. จากสถานีรถไฟไปโรงแรม โดน taxi. โกง เรียกค่าโดยสาร 50 ยูโร ไปแจ้งที่โรงแรม พนักงานโรงแรมไม่ช่วยเหลืออะไรเลย แม้จะขอดูภาพจากวงจรปิด ก็บอกว่าไม่มี ไม่สนใจ การบริการของพนักงานที่นี่ไม่ประทับใจตั้งแต่ถึงโรงแรม ก็ไม่มีพนักงานมารอรับกระเป๋า ไปถึงกลางคืนประมาณ สามทุ่มกว่า เงียบมาก เงียบจนน่ากลัว มีพนักงานที่เคาน์เตอร์คนเดียว น่ากลัว วังเวง ไม่กลับไปใช้บริการที่นี่อีกแล้ว ไม่มีความประทับใจเลย แย่มาก

Viennese Vacation”
The location was more than expected. We enjoyed the location on the river and the ease of getting around Vienna to see the sights. The restarant was excellent and the service was top notch. The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been warm weather to sit outside and have a drink. I will stay here over and over again.

Great location”
We stayed at this hotel during 3rd week of December. Decent sized room with great views of River Danube. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choices and you can order freshly made eggs of your choice from the kitchen, just ask the staff. Stadion station is approx. 5-10 minutes walk and there is a budget supermarket 'Penny' along the way. There was an issue between Agoda and Hilton in relation to number of guests and I think Hilton reservation staff could have been more flexible in resolving that issue. I ended up in running around reaching out to Agoda and their partner Booking.com and Hilton numerous times in order to resolve the issue which was very stressful. Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Excellent in everway”
Clean hotel. Nice staff. Carmen in the kitchen is very sociable and helpful ..excellent breafast Nice swimming pool Nice terrace They have a storage room which we used while waiting for our river cruise There's a shopping mall nrar to the hotel .. The only drawback is that if you return late at night the road from the metro to hotel is a bit lonely ...you feels the dark

First time to Vienna”
Great hotel with great facilities. Staff at the hotel are realy friendly, and help full. Is a little way out, but the subway is a 5 min walk and 15 min ride to the centre. Metro staion has a reasonable shopping centre next door. Also a little supermarket across the road from the hotel.

Excellent service by staff”
The service by the staff was excellent. Their friendly staff were ever ready to guide us and answer to our queries regarding direction and things to do in Vienna. I would like to thank Sibbir who helped us with understanding our train tickets better as it was in German. The hotel is less than 10 mins walk from Stadion station.

Was good for my business trip. Big room, very nice breakfast and restaurant next to the water. To bad the wifi in the room is not free so be aware, only free wifi in the lobby and restaurant. Really a shame though...

Good, but it lacks what make the difference ”
When you chose the location close to the Danube, you are de facto a bit far from the city center. But it’s one of the few chances to stay on the Danube. The hotel is clean, well managed. The key noticeable points are: - no free WiFi ! The face that we still have to pay for WiFi in 2019 in a Hilton hotel ! - not a single person to welcome you at the entrance, or a bell-boy or person taking the baggage, most of the day - the management of people certain rich countries who have all rights, such as using the jacuzzi with their clothes., shouting and disturbing the other clients.

Stayed for 4 nights. Not happy with the sauna-only 60° Jacuzzi not working ???? But generally was OK. Staff is good. Cleaning ok. Location 20min by subway. We have had a good time.

I checked into the Executive Floor but the front desk staff didn't inform me about my entitlement to the Executive Floor for continental breakfast each morning. I ended up spending 120 Euro on room service breakfast over a few days. In addition, their housekeeping staff mistaken took away my younger daughter's blanket by mistake when the changed the sheets. The blanket wasn't much but has sentimental value for her. When I sought help from the front desk, their attitude was that there wasn't much they could do except dropping a message to housekeeping to follow up with their laundry vendor. They denied they were able to find anything but asked me if I would leave my credit card details for charging the delivery to my home address in case they would find it in the future. I told the staff how ridiculous that sounded: why would I be the one to pay when their staff were the ones who took it away from us without our consent?
