Good hotel”
Well located hotel, very good breakfast offer. Rooms could be more specious, especially bathrooms which are quite small. Entrance to metro just in front of the hotel.

Hotel Regina is Terrific”
Hotel Regina is terrific in every sense. Amazing location, incredible staff, clean modern comfortable rooms, great value. I recommend it highly and without reservation.

Poor service”
We have booked 2 nights at the hotel and upgraded to Deluxe by paying more 30 Eur/per night However, the service was totally poor and it is not worthy with the amount we paid. Firstly Water only served at the beginning day. Secondly, I was stuck at the elavator for 1 hour, and my colleage had to push them many times to get the technician coming to fix. And when I was released, no one at the hotel appologized for the accident. It seems that we are Asia so they did not care about us, So we suggest if any one just want a location in center with barrier because the hotel is infront of construction, and do not care about service, regina is good choice

Poor service”
We booked 2 nights with 350Eur total and no water served because they said that superior rooms did not served water. The bottle of 0,5l water only cost 1,5 eur, and we just do not undertand why 4 star Regina can treat the customer like this They suggest us to upgrade to Deluxe with 30 Eur added to get bottle of water and slipper Do you think it is worthy?

Poor service”
I was stuck in the elavator for one hour because of the technical trouble. Despite of calling, alarm many times but no one answer, even an apologized for nervousity that I was suffered. Nothing to explain for the poor service Besides, my room was deluxe however water was not filled up every day Service is definitely not worthy with the price

Great location, right in the middle of Madrid ”
Very clean and stylish hotel. Room was modern and spacious with very good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is the best thing, it was within easy walking distance of the centre of town, and many of the squares and parks. Easily accessed from the airport with the Airport Bus, cost 5 Euros each and took 24 minutes. Get off at the Plaza de Cibeles stop (third stop from the airport). Hotel is a 250m easy walk from there.

Excellent hotel in great location ”
1 minute from plaza de sol. The center of Madrid. Front desk service was fantastic, especially Hareana. Great for information and booking excursions. Updated rooms and large TV with several English speaking channels.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to Plaza del Sol. Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, Plaza Cibeles, Prado Museum, Thyssen Museum, Reina Sophia Museum, etc. However, there is construction of the road in front of hotel and renovation of many buildings around the area. Our room was at the back so not bothered by noise.

Great location for art”
Hotel Regina is situated right in the heart of Madrid and is a great spot to base yourself while in Madrid. The Prado and Thyssen a few blocks away and also the beautiful green space of Retiro Park. Lovely attentive staff and modern interiors. Unfortunately a big road upgrade was in effect in front of the hotel so was noisy on that side. We were able to stay on the backside of the hotel away from it so that was nice.

Great Location/Helpful Staff”
I stayed at Regina Hotel twice on this trip to Spain. The first night I shared a room with a friend and we had a beautiful room with an ability to open windows and see sky and get fresh air. The next time I stayed was April 3-6, I had ordered a room for two. Not realizing initially I only needed one bed, since I was going to be alone. The desk changed my room to a double bed in a smallroom. I was on the third floor. The room/bed was lovely. The small window in the room opened up to an outside corridor within the building that overlooked onto another window of a room/ Cement and metal was what I saw and to see the sky, I had to crank my head out the window and look up the walls of the building for sky. It allowed air into the room somewhat, but I felt enclosed with where this room opened up to. Having said that, I was happy to get a larger bed than a twin, so I didn’t request a different room. More money would have gotten me a less claustraphobic experience.

The hotel is clean and very well located. The staff were cordial and helpful. There were no coffee or tea making facilities in our room, this was a shame. Other than that, all was well.
