Ideal location to everywhere in Lisboa”
Never judge a book by the cover. Outside architecturally the building will never win any awards. The location is perfect 3 mins walk from Roma metro station on the green line. Whereas everywhere in Lisboa seems to be a steep incline this is flat and easy access to hotel located just off Av de Roma. Warm welcome door man opens door and assists you to the reception. Reception excellent spoken English and explain everything especially the WIFI code and breakfast on 1st floor and gym. Very quiet inside. Two lifts available to get you up to floor 11. Standard double room located facing away from the road and on ninth floor. Lobby immaculately clean and room very clean spacious and large bathroom with soft led lighting and a bidet! Bathroom fully stocled and towels super soft. Excellent water pressure and warm water easily adjustable. Superkingsize bed with a sprung mattress which very firm and possible to fell springs on the edges. Pillows large and medium and above all firm. Excellent night's sleep. Air-conditioning effective expect lowest speed not low enough. Flat TV so small! TV in this size room and distance from bed should be at least 55 inches. Wifi strong but occasionally impossible to detect. Minibar fully stocked working. Breakfast served on first floor . Large dining room with ample space. Good selection of cereals, tea/coffee/cappuccino ,pastries, fresh fruits and warmed meats. For three day stay acceptable as having same daily. Breakfast served from 7am-10am and again very clean environment. Check out 12pm. whilst waiting after check out bar staff took great exception to me drink a tiny amount of sparkling water from my bottle in their lounge for a few minutes. . This is best hotel in the Roma vicinity. Highly recommend staying at Lutecia Smart Design Hotel as perfect location for stepping stone to sightseeing throughout Lisboa. Outstanding Value and Close to Airport”
Superb one night stay while transiting through Lisbon. Close to the airport, only a 3.50 euro Uber ride and 100% better than any airport hotel. Excellent restaurants around this hotel also. The room was immaculate and comfortable, the front desk staff was superb. I'd absolutely return for a longer stay in Lisbon and would recommend. Great price/quality value as well.

Very good hotel for a trip to Lisbon”
We spend 2 wonderful days in this hotel. The room was very clean and also the bathroom. Breakfast was great and we found parking for our car in front of hotel.

Convenient and delightful location.”
The hotel is approx 10 minutes away (Uber) from the international airport. As for transport within the city, the train station is conveniently located a few steps away from the hotel and is two stops away from Estação do Oriente (city centre). The rooms were clean and spacious with a delightful city view. The buffet breakfast included cereal with healthy toppings (chia seed, berries etc), pancakes, assorted breads, cold cuts, cheese, hot items, yoghurt and fruits. Staff were always pleasant and happy to accommodate any requests. There are a lot of local restaurants with delicious Portuguese cuisine within 1km of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers and plan to stay here again on my next visit to Portugal.

Hotel Excelente”
Funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã com opções variadas, quartos e áreas comuns com decoração e mobília novos e diferentes entre os andares, roupas de cama e toalhas excelentes, banheiros limpos, com cores claras e bem iluminado, localização próxima ao aeroporto, metrô e trens, restaurantes próximos. Passamos (08 pessoas) pelo hotel no início da viagem e retornamos no final, ficando em 08 quartos diferentes, todos impecáveis. Foi o melhor hotel que ficamos, considerando sua classificação / valor das diárias, entre vários do Brasil, Caribe, Europa e Estados Unidos.

Nice big room. Quite newly remodeled. New bathroom with bathtub! Balcony. Coffeemaker, minibar. Close to metro. No tourists around. Plenty of bars, restaurants around. Half the price of the tourist areas. The staff nice, correct. The area is totally lacking any charm!

Nice hotel, great location, superb breakfast”
We needed a reasonably-priced place for a 24-hour stayover in Lisbon, and this hotel fit the bill. It is a 6 minute Uber from the airport and a 250m walk from the Roma metro station ... which makes it easy to get anywhere in Lisbon. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom sparkled. The morning's buffet breakfast was amazing. Check-in and left luggage were efficient. We couldn't have asked for more.

Un hotel la superlativ. Totul a fost excelent, de la personal pana la servicii, camera si locatie. Micul dejun este excelent si foarte satios pentru toate gusturile. Pretul a fost foarte bun tinand cont de faptul ca am cumparat cu 2-3 luni inainte.

Weekend Break ”
Highly recommended. Only negative is we reserved a room with a double bed but were told that it was only a request, so they were not obligated to meet it, which was a slight irritation. Other than this, perfect.
