I stayed in the hotel first time almost 9 years ago, till this date it's exactly the same. It is well maintained, but it needs to bring more new things. The breakfast is good , but nothing special. Very weird when my male friend wanted to come to my room he had to register his name in the reception ?

If they would work a bit on sustainability and would offer instead of drinking plastic bottles refill water bottles it would be a great hotel . Too much plastic bottles even for breakfast etc .

Fantastic Staff, Great Location, and the Best Breakfast”
The staff here is amazing. They are all so friendly and helpful. They truly went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The location is also fantastic. There tons of restaurants and cafes right next to the hotel, and there is a mall across the street. It's also easy (and cheap) to get taxis/Careem to all of the sights. We didn't pay more than 3 dinars for any of the taxi rides around town (airport excluded). The hotel breakfast is the BEST! And the view from the restaurant is great, too. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit expensive; however, it seems like most hotels in Kuwait are.

I booked this hotel for a special day for my wife. The room was spacious, nice lighting, clean and comfy. The Breakfast was tasty and you can try many foods.

Pros: 1-View and Hotel location are fantastic. 2-Breakfast was amazing. 3-Pool and pool bar staff are so supportive. 4- Room is so clean. 5- AC is working 24 hrs. Cons: 1- House keeping didn’t clean the room for 1 night booking. 2- Expensive compared to the other 5 stars hotel beside it.

perfect location to relax or for business, with direct access to the private beach and marina , recommended for families kids will enjoy the location and the things to do around. almost happening place in kuwait, with restaurants and café's around. walking distance the marina mall and the shopping street. value for money , good friendly staff and you have privacy. recomended rooms with beach access and pool access it gives you the mobility to move around

lovely location in the heart of Kuwait Shopping district. ”
Perfect location with excellent service. Recommend for family and couples. Complete privacy with access to beach and pool. Rooms are very spacious.
