มาพักโรงแรมนี้เป็นครั้งแรก ไม่ทราบการเดินทางโชคดีคนSalzburgใจดีมาช่วยแนะนำ สิ่งแรกที่ประทับใจคือล๊อบบี้ที่สวยสมกับเป็นโรงแรม4ดาว การบริการของเคาเตอร์ลงทะเบียนให้5ดาวเลย แต่พอขึ้นไปบนห้องพักปรากฏว่าเล็กและเก่าพอประมาณ ประเมินว่าโรงแรมนี้น่าจะรีโนเวทมาเมื่อเร็วๆนี้ ที่พลาดไม่ได้สำหรับคนไทยคือมีร้านอาหารไทยอยู่ห่างไปแค่20เมตร ใครไปSalzburgแล้วคิดถึงอาหารไทย พักที่นี่ไม่ผิดหวัง โดยสรุปผมให้4ดาว

เจ้าหน้าที่อบอุ่น เป็นมิตร โรงแรมอาจไกล Railway station ไปนิด แต่บรรยากาศเป็นส่วนตัวดี อาหารอร่อย ราคาไม่แพง แต่ในห้องพัก heater ไม่ทำงาน ...เดือน November พอดี มันหนาวมากเลยตอนกลางคืน ทิชชู่ก็ไม่ให้ ต้องขอ สงสัยแม่บ้านไม่ทำงาน แล้วก็แอบเขี้ยวเล็ก ๆ Check out หลังเวลา คิดตังเพิ่มต่อชั่วโมงเลย

It’s perfect, it’s clean and the staff is amazing . So helpful and kind . The receptionist are amazing . We loved it. We arrived after a 16 hours flight and was so tired but the staff was welcoming . We enjoyed our trip and stay , wouldn’t mind travelling another 16 hours again and if we’re coming again we will only stay at this hotel! Its 11 out of 10. Love love love it!!!

It was a good place . Only 10 min away from Salzburg hbf station , 13 min walking to mirabell garden. There is a nearby restaurant Taj mahal only 6-8 min walking .18-20 min walking to the center . Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable. The staffs are kind and helpful. They helped me a lot with my reservation for bus ticket and recommendation for some places .

Takes 10 mins walk from the hbf, and there was a bit quite at night. The room is neat and clean, they also provided us with sparkling everyday.

Comfortable hotel not far from city center”
It is not far from the city center or the Salzburg central station. The environment is quiet, the parking lot is large, suitable for groups with large vehicles. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good cleanliness. Staffs were helpful but seemed tense when we checked in early.

Lovely hotel in Salzburg. Can easily walk to transportation, good breakfast, the room is very clean and modern and safe area. I love the wooden side tables so cool like it’s a log

Excellent Location off the main street”
Mercure Salzburg is on a residential street not inside City Center but is within 15 minutes walk to the center of town where Mozartium Theater, Mirabell Gardens and where hotels and restaurants are. New staff were a little confuse about our reservation and expect only a 3-Stars service. Thai restaurant across the street is a good addition to the Hotel's restaurant. No washing towels in Austria.

Budget hotel far from the train station”
This hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest train station. Not easy if you are carrying big luggages and feeling cold during the winter months. Rooms look old and cleanliness was average. We would not want to stay here again in future.

Be aware of the cleaners!”
So the hotel is ok, 15 minutes walk to the old city, staff are nice , Alex was really helpful and in general they are ok. So 2 cleaners come to your room everyday, one guy cleans the toilet, another guy pushes the bins from toilet and the room with his hands and takes both rubbish bins out. Then he comes back directly without washing his hands, to fix your bed, then with the same hands touching your pillows and fixing them. Then he goes out to bring your towels using the same unwashed hands, and it gets better as he folds the towels so they look nice 😁, but making sure all the dirt from his hands goes to your face when you sleep!! Then he cleans the floor collects dust and stuff.. and goes to the next room doing exactly the same. You can imagine how many dirty things they touch from God knows how many rooms they clean, before they come to you and stink your bed sheets and your pillows. I saw this repeating several times on several rooms. Reported this to them as well, highly doubt they will do any action..

Terrible hotel.”
I booked this hotel in Sep 22. But was cancelled by the hotel on the day of check in. The hotel set me up with another hotel that was far from the HBF but Mercure claimed that the new hotel was near. Google map do reveal the distance so i do not know why this hotel made this false claim. No compensation for my inconvenience and stress. I had to take taxis to and fro tourist areas to the new hotel. Food options also limited at new hotel, no service recovery by Mercure. Absolutely disappointed.

Cups were not washed and pillow smells of saliva. Housekeeping staff opened the room door at 9am despite the ‘do not disturb’ sign being displayed.

The hotel was very noisy. There were so many guided tourists and they were really loud because the room was not helped to block all the noise. The room was also dark. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the bathroom. It was bright enough.
