Clean, Comfortable, All Rooms With Bathtub & Nice Staff”
1. Good location, easy to find parking. 2. Professional customer service and nice staff 3. Helpful security guard also 4. Big and clean room, nice shower room 5. Comfortable beg 6. Fast arrangement and fast action taken when i make a call to reception counter to request something. 7. Hotel restaurant's Nasi Public taste good with nice free drinks. 8. The 1st day morning have hotel staff call to my room and remind to pay my parking fee for my car thru the app. 9. Got sense of security when stay here. Because hotel staff are professional and fast response. Just one thing, i not able to open my laptop to work and study in the room, because the room lights is consider dark, is warm yellow color. It make me feel want to rest and sleep more than want to work. haha. And the soundproof system is weak, can hear outside ppl talking, other guests close door sound, house keeping team's walky talky conversation is too loud too, and also some guests with kids, their kids jump there jump here, playing, shouting and yelling. Make me feel angry. But overall is good and acceptable. Will come back again soon.

5 star room with 4 star price”
This hotel went viral for a good reason. First impression, lovely hotel facade with the lights on the plants surrounding the hotel. Chic and cosy. The lobby was presentable and on point with nice sofas, music and chandelier. We were pleasantly surprised of the room finishing quality. Room was gorgeous. The bathroom had separate bathtub and shower (not many hotels have this). Attention to detail is wonderful. The design of the tiles in the shower room is clever. The bed linen were clean. Wish the bed was softer though, but that's just personal preference. We had a good night sleep nonetheless. Aircond temperature control works well and qiblat direction is clear in the room. Love the many lighting options in the room too. For the price we paid, breakfast for 2 is included. It was still cheaper compared to other hotels in town with less quality room. This was our first time stay here but certainly won't be the last. We have recommended Moty Hotel to others :)

Honest review about the room and the hotel’s coffeehouse ”
My stay here was great but it will take awhile to fill the bath tub because the water pressure is quite slow and it has always been slow since I have been here for three times already and the water pressure is still the same. The room walls are thin because of the wall material they use it’s quite fragile too because I noticed a room in the first floor has a big hole in the hallway. You can hear people walking around or talking especially in the bathroom and hallway even though you are inside the room so definitely not for people who wants peace and quiet. Overall this hotel and its location is good you can walk to the center, it’s so close to the Taming Sari. I recommend going to the hotel’s restaurant since noone goes there. The price is affordable and the food tastes great but I wonder why noone ever goes to eat here. It always looked empty even though they have rm10 meals which in my opinion is so cheap considering you’re eating at a hotel and not somewhere outside. This hotel needs more waiter though since I only saw 2 waiters working. One time I only saw 1 waiter.He was the only person available taking the order, serving and also handling the phone for room service. Poor guy I can see he was tired and had to do everything quick since it’s hard to handle many customers at the same time. But the service is fast! Him and the other guy are nice and helpful. God bless them. The receptionists are so nice too. I will be loyal to this hotel and will be staying here again. Love 💕

Value for Money”
Booked Family Room - It was gorgeous, spacious, comfortable. -Friendly & efficient staff of front desk, technician, security guard. -Walking distance to malls, bandar hilir, etc2. -Free parking under the bridge. -Security access up to the lift & u can request for 2keys for ur convenient but pls be responsible. Poor service of: -The banquet staff may want to review by clearing empty plates even though customer is still eating so that we can continue to topup our food & enjoy it. Coz we have to clear it on our own & place it at an empty table just to save space. -The pools abit odd due to lots of guest been wearing shirts instead of swim suits. Hence the water may seems diff or dirty. But the manager confirm daily cleaning is their practice. Probably is best to make a strict rules in future. Overall, Sastified & Highly recommended.

Nice and comfortable Hotel”
1. Location is good. Bandar Hilir & Jonker Walk & Dataran Pahlawan can walk below 1km. Night Market also very close. Such a luxurious Hotel (Shoplot) within the area. 2. Nice and Comfortable and clean room. Iron & iron board already in room. TV got many channels. The Lack is bath shower cannot use but luckily bath tab is in good condition. The refrigerator not cold at all. 3. Free parking only below the flyover in front of the hotel. Parking lot in front the hotel must pay to Malacca city council. 4. Small swimmingpool but its ok for shoplot coverted to luxurious hotel design. 5. Polite staff but dont know how they are will react if we have a problem. Hopefully all ok.

Truly fascinating hotel in Malacca!”
Moty Hotel meets all my "pre-requisites" namely 5*service & facilities but remains within our budget. Ample parking lots & extremely convenient because you do not need to drive through a narrow spiral ramp to get to the carpark. The car park is right in front of the hotel lobby. Apart from that, there are many great restaurants located within the hotel vacinity. There are several reasons why I keep coming back to Moty Hotel. Firstly, the toilets are clean and well maintained with brand new fixtures & fittings. Carpets & beds also look fresh & clean. Secondly, room service is fast & efficient. Last but not least, what makes Moty Hotel unique? It is blessed with friendly staff who provide service with a smile!

Stayed overnight here with my husband. We booked last minute therefore there was only twin beds left. But that’s okay. Room was spacious. Toilet was good and clean. They even had a bathtub! Water pressure was fast and just nice. Bed is very comfortable. Aircon was just nice to our preference. Not too cold. Location wise, it’s just a walking distance to mahkota parade and pahlawan mall. Superrr convenient! All in all, we had a good stay and will definitely come back again in the near future! Oh and also, this hotel has a tight security where they won’t allow any strangers to enter the hotel at night. Guests have to tap their room key card to enter when they reach the hotel late at night. :)

BEYOND EXPECTATION!”
Everything was very good! The room was spacious, neat, clean and looks very luxury. The indoor pool was nice. The breakfast was fantastic! Soooo many variety and very tasty, honestly. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We decided to lunch in the hotel also after check out. The lunch set was very cheap for a hotel i think haha. Ad very tasty too. My husband and I ordered 2 sets of nasi ayam penyet along with ice lemon tea included in the set. The total price was only rm19.80 (rm9.90/set). How cheap was that?! Definitely will come again and will recommend to others who want to stay in melaka.

Despite the simple, non-fancy look from the outside, that will all change once you step into the hotel! The decor is exquisite and all of the staff members are well-trained. The room: very luxurious for the price paid. Love the see-through bathroom concept (which can be closed if you like) so I can monitor my kids in the bath tub while lying on the bed. The breakfast spread is excellent! Serves local (including nasi lemak and roti canai) and western (pasta) and the the usuals. The indoor pool is nice, although it is a bit slippery. Perhaps that can be improved for safety reason. Overall, it is cosy and for Malaysian weather, we could use more indoor pool like this. Has two sections: one for adult and one for kids. Not too big but sufficient. Definitely will come again. Tips: look for rates from time to time as you can book at lower rates as it can go really high during holidays due to it being a sought-after location among tourist. It is walking distance to Jonker street, Menara Taming Sari and Dataran Pahlawan.

Very satisfied & value for money ”
I stay on weekdays and only paid for RM130+ include breakfast. It’s very cheap and the hotel like 5⭐️ hotel. Our room also big. all I need have in this room like iron, iron board, toiletries and also have bath tub. Room very clean. For breakfast, don’t have many menu but all foods really delicious and good! The location very strategic it is located in centre of town. We also just can walk to the uptown that are nearby this hotel. Very very recommended!

Nice place to stay”
The location is near to the main city, walking distance if you don’t mind to walk. The hotel room is clean and decent, I liked the interior and the bathroom. Two things that kinda disappointed me - the mattress was too firm (luckily the pillows were soft so i can still have nice sleep) & there wasn’t a buffet breakfast. The main meal was served based on our preference menu during check-in. So we couldn’t add on more or have variety of breakfast meals. Well, breakfast is one of the things we look forward when staying in hotels right.

Most satisfy hotel to stay!”
I was booking Deluxe Room King Bed. The room was so clean, big space, and so nice. The bathroom also big and comfortable. Overall, i really like this hotel because it achieve all of my satisfaction. Only the lighting of this room a little bit dark so it hard for me to make up. I need to make up in the toilet since the lighting in toilet is bright. For me, it is more affordable to book this room rather than Premium Room. The size of both room are same, but for premium room’s bathroom a little bit small compare to deluxe room.

Awesome place, would stay here again”
Had an awesome stay at Moty Hotel! Room quality was awesome, sparkling clean at an affordable price. View was not great though, and was just staring at the front desk when she was explaining about the 200 Ringgit deposit, and those you need to pay if you spoil anything inside the room or loose your key card. And my first time staying at a hotel where they only give 1 key card. But i'm still staying at this hotel for a good night rest after a sauna.

The only thing this hotel is lacking is the view. If you are looking for a hotel with a view, this hotel may not be it. But if you plan to have a staycation in a quiet, comfortable and quite luxurious hotel, this hotel is the answer. From staff, facilities and even the room service, all are very satisfying. What makes it even better is that the price is very affordable. Definitely will come again here later with my family. Thanks to all Moty Hotel staff for making our stay a very memorable one

Best & Affordable Hotel in Malacca for Me & Family.”
Everything is nice and superb. Near to shopping mall, our room & toilet are very spacious, very comfortable, very clean, the room ambient is very nice,coverage for wifi very clear, the staff are very friendly and helpful, a lot of variety of food during breakfast , pls. maintain the non smoking restriction for ever so the room smell nice. My first choice hotel when coming back to stay in Malacca.

So clean, the foods are delicious, the staff are friendly, swimming pool well maintained. Everything is superb with no smoke environment. Recommended for family (especially muslim). Only some little things the hotel should improve in the future. My breakfast meal not buffet as stated. I got only a set of menu per person. Sauna and steam room not available. Maybe due to pandemic. But the reason given was acceptable.

Very good hotel. Departure as usual from house, but traffic is clear. So we arrived early. But staff allowed us to early check in. Room is very clean and we get connecting room as request. Coffee house staff also very kind. although only 2 person, but their can manage all the guest inside it. very good service.

Room are spacious, clean & comfy, lighting bit dark but its good for honeymoon feeling. Bathroom with bathub are so great. Lcd tv 40" near bed but no issue with that. A lot car parking under highway bridge beside Hotel. Nearby hotel with shopping place & eating place. 1 night not enough, better get more night to stay here.. Hihihi..

Excellent and worth the prize”
Very good service and the facilities also in good condition. However, some improvement might make it even better. For example, the sauna is not working during my visit and also the free parking area under the flyover is in a bad state. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed our short trip in Malacca.
