Great value, clean, and very helpful staff”
Our entire three night stay was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was diversed and we liked their crepe and wrap station in addition to the option of ordering an omelette and have it delivered to your table. The location was great and close to everything. We would definitely stay here in the future if we visit Kuwait again.

Shut Out”
I was shut out of Kuwait due to COVID restrictions and Agoda, Partner and Hotel would not allow any changes to reservations. Accordingly Agoda nor this property will ever be used again.

I loved big windows which could be also open. They allowed me to check out late for free. The hotel is modern. The room has fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, working table, chairs. The only problem was that the swimming pool was not open.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Encore Hotel and was impressed by the high level of cleanliness and excellent value for money. We had to tell the receptionist a couple f times, to get the bathroom cleaned and remove so much hair and dirt. The receptionist Mustapha however was very understanding to solve this issue.
