ห้องพักกว้าง สะอาด ราคาไม่แพง อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย ดีหมด ทุกอย่างไม่ติ ยกเว้นก็แต่ทางเข้าไปยังโรงแรม ค่อนข้างลำบาก ถนนแย่มาก ฝุ่น หลุมเยอะสุด ๆ เพราะตรงข้ามโรงแรมเหมือนมีการก่อสร้าง รถบรรทุกเข้าออกตลอดเวลา ทำให้ถนนพัง ข้างในมีโรงแรมหรูเยอะมาก ที่ที่นี่อยู่ในสุด และมีที่จอดรถใต้อาคารฟรี

Everything was perfect and awesome !”
The staff was friendly. Parking so easy. Location is strategic. Room was spacious. Toilet perfectly clean. They provide bath towel, face towel and hand towel. Breakfast was delicious and variety. But I have to add on RM30 for my 4 years old daughter who eat very less during breakfast. Normal hotel will charge at least 6years old kids. This hotel will charge as young as 4 years old. But i dont really mind it because we had a good breakfast and time. You have to book breakfast slot early during check in. Swimming pool was awesome too. Altho the swimming pool was shared with other building, but its okay because the weather was nice and its not crowded. We had fun. Thank you Scapes Hotel !

Very nice hotel at genting highlands!”
Very satisfied hospitality! Staff are all very friendly , no matter receptionist , chef at breakfast cooking corner and even cleaner the smile are always on their face . The room is super clean and the room is very new , very comfortable while staying and the view is nice ! Breakfast variety is very good , many choices of food and got the premium hotel standard breakfast buffet. Love the breakfast here ! Although the location is at the middle part but the area have a lot of nice food at the midnight especially loklok. They even have the gym room access for the exercise lover . Will definitely recommend to friends and will come back again . Thanks

Best hotel stay post COVID 19 pandemic period ”
I’m amazed with Scapes hotel. Very clean & modern hotel with delicious Local & western breakfast spread. Extremely kind and friendly team working with Scapes, from front office, room service, restaurant/ breakfast buffet support team. The staff seems to be happy working with this hotel and they are giving their 100% support to deliver the best services to the customers. Well done Scapes! This hotel will definitely be the hotel to stay in my next trips to Genting Highlands.

My family enjoyed their stay”
It's still fairly new and very clean, we love the location too as we can buy Lok Lok to eat at night in the little town just a few miles down the road. The food around this area is not as expensive as the ones up the mountain. Good affordable food! The breakfast at the hotel wasn't very good though, the cream soup was watered down and tasteless. And so was the noodle soup, which was like noodles is plain water. There wasn't much to select from at the buffet but we still managed to eat our fill. Some adjustments to the food would be nice in the future.

They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Good buffet breakfast and it would great if it can be extended until 10:30am. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again!

THE BEST HOTEL IN GENTING”
Room - So cozy and comfortable. Parking - Huge space, protected and free. Breakfast - Very delicioussss! Service - I’m so lucky that the hotel decided to upgrade my room from 2 single bed to 2 double bed with no additional charge. TQ sooo much! Overall - This is a new hotel, so the facilities and cleanliness are on top tier. My friend and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely book this hotel again! 🤩

Am travelling for work purposes and having difficulties with my booking due to extended day for work purposes. I have made 2 separate bookings for 2 days stay. Kudos and big thank you to wonderful front desk staff (Mr. Shahril and 2 other front desk staff..sorry forgot your name) but very nice and polite. Mr Shahril offered me the same room (upgraded room) although am not entitle for it. Am indeed a very lucky and grateful guest! Will definitely come again to Scapes Hotel wherever I reach Genting..Again, thank you so very much Mr Shahril, a nice young man and a sweet gal of Front Desk... you guys deserve a reconition and promotion 🌹🌹🌹

Lovely place to stay”
Although its located at the very end of the road in town, it is quite easy to find. The room is clean and comfy with good space for solat. Bathroom was gorgeous with the stained glass wall. Concierge staff were friendly and very patient with the swarm of guests coming in at the same time.

Great staycation. Excellence service from front desk to kitchen. Breakfast was nice. Love the nasi lemak. New hotel so its clean. Just no mineral water provided, need to buy. But they provide kettle. Still, its a must item for hotel i guess. Overall satisfied. Will again for sure. Thanks

New Hotel, Great Place to Relax”
Hotel is considered new, 1km to Petron, need transport, not walking distances. Friendly staff, key card for lift, parking easy, pool need to share with neighbor apartments, but who wants to swim at genting temperature, but, the water in the pool is warmed. Breakfast ok nothing to brag about, got nasi lemak, mee goreng, fruits, salad, soups, porridge etc.. room is ok, everything spot on... 15mins to 1st world or skypark. Room service until 11pm. Pool until 10pm.

Spacious room, clean and very comfortable! I love the rain shower very much with high water pressure, make me feel like bath under the rain 😄😄. Good food, good view. This place suitable for release stress. Overall, i love this hotel very much. Will come again later ❤️

The best hotel in genting Room so clean Staff friendly Tqvn En Nasir to allowed my family breakfast earlier than times given because he noticed restaurant is available so we no need to waiting . Excellent service 😘😘😘 maybe can increase on breakfast preparation more menu.

A superb getaway worth every penny!”
It was an amazing experience staying at Scapes Hotel. My kids enjoyed the kidszone and pool the most. Basically it is a perfect place to spend quality time with kids without any hassles. The food (breakfast) quality was great, lots of varieties. All hotel staffs were friendly and attentive despite our stay fell on 1st & 2nd day of Eid Mubarak. Truly appreciate their professionalism.

The hotel is clean. Ample parking space. Available room for 4 pax with queen size bed. Easy access from basement parking to rooms with access card. No need to change elevator. Variety of breakfast selection. Will definitely come again.

Fine hotel”
I love most of things in this hotel. Good value for money. I love the pool. I love the breakfast too. Room is very clean. Its not that far from skyworld. Well definitely come to this hotel again if i want to come to Genting.

If I ever need to stay overnight at Genting, SCAPES Hotel would easily be my first pick. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is top notch.

Sparkling clean, nice view except for the part yg bukit kena tarah tu hahah. Breakfast got variety of foods, boleh makan sampai muntah. Got hot shower, sparkling clean bathroom and room. Definitely will come again

Nice new hotel. We’ve booked deluxe king room with supposedly a king bed, but we got queen bed. So don’t be surprise when u get a smaller bed. Their definition of king/queen is different. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was satisfying due to high water pressure.. but u can hurt yourself from the bidet while cleaning yourself after your “business” ( if you know what I mean). Breakfast was average.. but love the hot warm croissants.. it was the highlight. Nice a soft out of the oven. They have limited parking space, so we have to park outside but still reasonable as it was not that far. Overall.. I will come stay there again for a quick stay.
