Room as expected. Receptionist guys so friendly. Toilet clean. No lift but they provide ways for luggage. Floor in the room a bit oily. Overall this hotel was so nice. Receptionist area smell so nice. I will come back again ❤️

Quite amazed with the room designs even with no window. Feels comfy. Also, the shops are near McD, Starbucks, Family Mart and etc. which really good for those not traveling with a personal vehicle. I do appreciate management can replace the water dispenser with cuckcoo or coway. My throat quit sore after few days drink that water coller dispenser. Maybe not suitable to drink immediately? Anyway, It is worth the money.

Room is clean, price is affordable, but it so noisy at night because the staff bring their friend to the hotel and make a lot of noise such as, laugh, talk loud in the middle of midnight, because room not sound prof that why is so noisy.

If you are planning to stay in Banting for a day, then this place is just right for you. The room wasn't too small. Bathroom was big. However, if you are a light sleeper, then you might be awaken from the footsteps outside and doors of other room.

Basically this time , I put the reservation for 2 rooms with the same price. But when I enter the room, there are 2 different kind of room given to me.one is smaller and the other is bigger. I don’t know why?pls help to convey the massage to them to investigate

Probably the best hotel in Banting”

Stayed in for 5 nights. The room, bed and pillow was comfortable, clean and cozy. The toilet was huge equipped with rain shower head and hair dryer. The hotel is strategically located with mamak stall next to it, a premium gym behind it. Family mart and McDonald's also nearby. However, the room was too small and sound insulation was a bit bad. Woken up 4 times on the first night as other occupant open and close their room door at 2am+. Yes, it was loud. Here some things that maybe the hotel owner can improve guess satisfaction : 1. Provide simple breakfast voucher (nasi lemak or roti bakar with teh tarik) as there's mamak stall literally next door 2. Provide subsidize gym entry for gym that located behind the hotel since there's nothing much to do here at night. The gym here was quite expensive and premium at RM16 per entry. Perhaps for hotel guess can enter at RM10 per entry.
