I was revived by a refreshing welcome drink and a cold towel at check-in. I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay thanks to a room upgrade, and I was healed by a 5-minute massage and the hot springs. Although it was just a 5-minute massage, they took great care in giving it. TRA MY served our meals in the morning and evening. At breakfast, she prepared a latte because the Vietnamese coffee is strong. It was cold and delicious! I lost my hat, and when I checked with the hotel at checkout just in case, they confirmed with various parties. Just when I had given up thinking I might have left it in Grab, TRA MY ran to me with it saying, "Could this be it?" TRA MY's warm hospitality made me want to stay at this hotel again and visit Vietnam. I believe all the staff here, starting with TRA MY, will help with any issues or travel advice. I was able to create wonderful memories in my life. I am very grateful.
We booked a room with a river view and onsen included. The room had comfortable bed, working table, a chair and an armchair. With two luggages it needed some arrangement but we managed it. Shower was good, bathtub was huge. Toilette was a bit narrow but OK. View from our balcony was nice. It had a small vegetable garden down the balcony and we can observe fishermen got their catch from the river next to the hotel. Queen-sized hanging mattresses around the pools looked good and very comfortable. View and light show of the ferris wheel of Sun World Amusement Park at night was amazing. The onsen was fantastic. Seperated women and men just like in Japan. Staff at the spa gave you a key for locker with a bottle of water and two towel. Following the rules by taking all your clothes off, take shower before sink in the onsen. And relax! Hearing water rinsing through stones while sinking your body in onsen was great relaxing. There was also steam room, sauna and cold pool. Awesome.
I stayed here 2 nights with my two young kids. We were greeted by Thao and Tram and they were very accommodating. This hotel also has got FREE ONSEN & SPA access which also made the stay very relaxing and comfortable. In the evening, just across the pool you will see the majestic ferris wheel and if your lucky your able to see some great performances ALL FOR FREE while your in the pool! Overall this hotel was a great place and the staff also gave us a FREE UPRGRADE to a villa with a built in Steam Bath which was Awesome. Thank you so much Thao and Tram for making our stay a memorable one.
The resort is designed to remind you of a Japanese resort and spa. From the open design to the Onsen (sento, really). The location for us, was great. The resort is on an Island in the middle of a river, There are multiple coffee shops on the island. It is a short walk or ride to the "mainland". The welcoming staff, Quynh, Thao, Tram, Manh, and Phuong were pleasant, professional, and helpful. Check in and Check out were quick and easy,. They provided a great explanation of all the benefits of the stay. Everything was very clean. The room was a little small, but comfortable. Keeping in mind again it being reminiscent of Japanese rooms. The Spa (Onsen/Sento) was a treat! It included; washing/shower stations, a single hot mineral bath, sauna, steam room, and cold water bath. It was great! (Western travelers, check out the rules and traditions behind an Onsen before visiting.) The breakfast buffet was nice. The restaurant staff, Hue, Thuy, and Nhi were attentive, friendly and helpful. They have a very large Granola Bar with fresh yogurt that was the highlight of our breakfast. The open design meant that some of the breakfast buffet was exposed and attracted some fruit flies. This did not put too much of a damper on our breakfast. Recommendation to the hotel: try covering a bit more of the buffet. Our stay was wonderful and we would definitely go back again.,

“Comfortable stay & worth for the money!”
The resort located in town, it’s quiet and comfortable. It’s convenient, around 5 to 10 mins travel to riverside by Grab, lot of food around. The breakfast buffet not bad, can catering to the needs of different guests. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite. The spa there is clean and tidy, the massage lady is very professional, i enjoy the massage there a lot! We had a good sleep and rest there, it’s a comfortable stay.
