Everything was perfect during our vacation, cleaning and staff very attentive to our requests. Taking into account I landed in the morning at 6 am in Dubai - I really appreciate the fact that they have thought before and offered me the room right from the moment of arrival at a very decent price. This has to be one of the best experience I have had in any hotel. The staff is very welcoming and will do anything to put you at ease. Clean hotel with good facilities. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone, and I can honestly say that it deserves the many certificates and awards it received.

Comfortable bed, spacious room”
Good stay. only thing that i would like to add is more north indian options in Food. Seems the cook was from south india, you could find all idli and upma but no north indian breakfast items. Also should have while wheat chapatis and parathas for better health. Bed was confortable and rooms neat and clean. I will definitely stay again here

3 bedroom executive suite”
The staff were very accommodating, they have let us checked in early. We had booked a 3-bedroom executive apartment and the rooms are very spacious. My daughter even asked me to play hide and seek. Great breakfast, they could have add bacons though :) They have let us checked out a little bit late. It’s too bad we had to stay for only 2-3 days. The kids enjoyed our stay.

Big room, Full Amenities, Good value for money”
I had an unplanned staycation and booked Time Oak Hotel last minute. I am really pleased with the facilities they offered. Good Breakfast choices, Big rooms (shocked that the room they gave us have its own Kitchen and Washer), there’s a Heated pool with Jacuzzi and Steam room on 1st floor. A play area for the kids, a Café/Shisha and a mini Grocery onsite. If not for a tight schedule i would have stayed another night. The only thing I am concerned about is the way the receptionist acknowledged us when we Checked-in. After finding out that I booked via Agoda, she mentioned right away that maybe my booking is not there. I book Hotels mostly thru Agoda, check reviews and view the amenities before doing so. Agoda had always been accommodating with my Requests and I never had any issues with any of my previous bookings. Hotels should learn to appreciate third-party promotions because these companies are helping them out since Agoda have their own loyal customers like me. Just saying...
