Staffs welcome us with orchid garland n drink. The welcome drink is so refreshing for hot weather 😬 All the staffs are so polite, including the housekeeping staffs. Except that my room is facing construction. Thus balcony is dusty. Luckily no loud noise at night. Also went for 1 for 1 massage promo (2pm to 5pm) and served by Tuan and Chau who provide excellent service. Paid for the breakfast on last day which i find reasonable choice of food. The hotel is just opposite the beach. So its a good choice for beach lovers who can just cross the road with swim attire 😬 Hotel provide free towel too at the entrance. Overall I am satisfied with my stay in TMS hotel and would recommend others to try it.

Our family booked three rooms at TMS for our first trip to Da Nang. Two rooms checked out earlier, but my husband and I stayed for six nights. Overall, the hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms, a good breakfast buffet, and friendly staff. The location is excellent—right across from Da Nang Beach, and very convenient with plenty of souvenir shops, food options, restaurants, massage and spa places nearby. Housekeeping was very active, which we appreciated, but it got a little annoying when they rang the doorbell to check in about the room—twice while we were sleeping. After that, we learned to keep the "Do Not Disturb" light on. There are about two rooms per floor located right in front of the elevator. We were lucky not to get one of those. If you're staying at TMS, I recommend requesting a room away from the elevator area for more privacy. Breakfast was very good, although there were a lot of Korean dishes—it would have been nice to have a bit more variety. I believe I paid extra for infinity pool access for all three rooms, but the pool was very small. When there were already two people in it, we didn’t feel comfortable jumping in. It’s more for soaking than swimming. Next time, I wouldn’t pay extra for the pool access. Overall, we had a great stay!

I recently stayed at TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach and was very impressed from start to finish. Check-In & First Impressions (4 / 5): The arrival process was smooth and efficient. I was greeted warmly, given a fresh flower necklace and a welcome drink, which immediately set a positive tone.   Staff & Service (5 / 5): Every team member I encountered was professional, friendly, and attentive. They took time to explain the hotel’s facilities and even had a real-time events board in the lobby to keep guests informed.   Room & Cleanliness (4 / 5): My room was spotless, with pristine bathroom surfaces and fully functional appliances (TV, AC, lighting). The linens and towels were in great condition—though I found the mattress a bit firm and could have used a touch more softness.   Amenities & Facilities (5 / 5): All in-room amenities—soap, shampoo, coffee—were high quality. The hotel’s breakfast spread was outstanding, offering the largest variety I’ve ever seen, and the gym, pool, and spa areas were well maintained and immaculate.   Comfort & Quiet (4 / 5): Noise levels remained low even with nearby construction, thanks to effective soundproofing. The bed was supportive and comfortable overall.   Connectivity (5 / 5): Wi-Fi speed consistently hit between 250–350 Mbps—perfect for both streaming and work.   Location & Safety (5 / 5): Located directly across from the beach, the hotel offers stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe, and key attractions and transport links were a short walk away.   Responsiveness & Check-Out (5 / 5): Housekeeping and concierge teams responded quickly to requests. Check-out was just as seamless as check-in.   Value & Recommendation (5 / 5): Given the level of service, amenities, and prime beachfront location, TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach offers excellent value. I would absolutely return and recommend this property to others.   ⸻ Highlights: welcome flower necklace, top-tier breakfast, blazing-fast Wi-Fi, unbeatable beach views. Minor point: mattress could be a touch softer. Overall: A five-star beachfront stay in Da Nang—highly recommended!
