We booked a ocean facing hotel for family of 4. The room features 1 room for 2 futons and 1 Queen size and single bed in the living hall. Very spacious place and a nice view of the ocean although there's construction work on the sea for some structures. Location It's within walking distance to the main shopping belt and about 10mins walk to the traditional market. There's also an EMart like 3mins walk for all kinds of things cooking ware, luggage, clothes, consumer electronics. And also a supermarket 120meters away. Driving We drove there and ample parking lots in the basement.

Great stay in a great location”
The room was very clean and larger than we expected for three adults. Close to shops, restaurants, and lots of cafes. Metro stop just around the corner and several bus stops close by. Great base for three days in and around Busan!

Staff were excellent and everything lived up to expectation”
The hotel is on a one-way street and that makes it hard to get to but just tell the cab driver "Busan Hotel" and it is right next door. Once you get there, no problems. The staff were wonderful and VERY helpful. The room was very clean and just as pictured. The only "room problem" is that it was very noisy outside. Not much one can do about it but still it was annoying. The massage shop in the hotel is clean and professional. Did not see the fitness room. The restaurant is alright but the steak was a little small for the price. The menu and ad board outside are both out of date. Hotel is good, amenities are hit and miss, the staff were all excellent.

Location was perfectly situated in the middle of all attractions. Yongdusan Park is just right behind the hotel where my family did our morning walks every morning. Hotel rooms are a little small but sufficient.
