The issue is that agoda's response was not timely. It took two days for them to reply, so I took a taxi here myself. However, the overall facilities of the hotel are very good. The Japanese staff here seem a little homesick and they don't look very happy, but their service is good. The local Filipino staff are excellent. The breakfast on the sixth floor is very good, and the hotel lobby is on the sixth floor of a bustling shopping center, very upscale, better than many hotels in the Philippines. It is like a Japanese business hotel, with good water temperature and pressure. Though small, it has everything essential. Downstairs, you can find everything for eating, drinking, and entertainment without leaving the hotel building, including a large supermarket with fruits, vegetables, clothes, and delicious food available. The security service is also good, and there's a massage shop I haven't experienced yet, but I plan to try it in the afternoon. The cost-performance ratio for food is acceptable, though it’s understandable that there are fewer vegetables since fruits and vegetables here are relatively expensive. I bought some at the supermarket myself. Overall, the cost-performance ratio is quite high. Initially, I considered leaving a negative review for agoda due to the lack of response, but then I thought better of it. After all, I am quite satisfied with other aspects.
