Exceptional”
It’s not my first time to stay in two seasons hotel… 1) check in and check out process is always smooth. 2) staff is very helpful @ the reception - special thanks to Mr. Marco who gave us a free room upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite…we were checking in very late @9pm and he was very helpful and offered a better option since it was available… We were only booked for 1 night so I really appreciate the upgrade…a better sleep for everyone. 3) room service always very helpful and fast especially when we ask to open the sofa bed quickly for kids to sleep. Very responsive to all our requests extra towels , pillows or coffee for example. Although the hotel is busy and full. Big thank u to the staff in levels 27 & 28 for room cleaning… 4) pool is average - no sun but it’s clean and nice with a gorgeous view of Burj al Arab - life guard kept for us a toy by daughter forgot/ lost 4 weekends back. 5) Drink Cocktails were really nicely prepared by the Egyptian waiter at the pool and he was very friendly with the kids. 6) location is amazing - considering Dubai is very crowded these days but the hotel spot is close to everything & no traffic on this side. Also there is metro station infront of the Hotel but we Never used it. 7) a big shout out to Mr. Ayoub at the reception who previously helped me in check in. 8) Breakfast is average - didn’t try it recently but we did in May 2021 I would give the hotel a 5 star review for everything … It’s amazing spot , clean , big rooms , nice pool , kitchen facilities like microwave & refergirator but no stove or washing machine. Also rooms has amazing views of u booked with view.

Reasonably price, outstanding hotel”
My experience staying at this hotel was one full pleasantful surprises. Every day I was finding more reasons why staying at this hotel was a great choice. Pros: -Really close to metro (like right outside the hotel). -Really nice convenience store also right outside. -Many nice restaurants on the ground floor as well as on the 8th. We haven’t been to the sky club yet but thats a thing too. -Room was on the 37th floor which was awesome. -Huge parking lot with free parking. Cons: -Balcony was locked unfortunately. -Not enough towels initially. -Shower doesn’t fully close by design. -15 knives but only 2 forks and 2 spoons. -Elevator situation is kinda confusing at first. In conclusion anything I found wrong with this hotel was really small for us and I was much more impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here.

Guaranteed Safe & Comfortable”
This is probably one of my most favorite hotel apartment in Dubai. You know why? 1. Metro Station is just a stone-throw from the hotel's entrance 2. I always feel comfortable when I know I'm safe as even access through it's balconies have waivers for your own risks. 3. Facilities are well-maintained 4. Staff are great! They deserve a pat on the back. Shoutout to Ms. Laima (not sure if I got her name right but she's in-charge in the reservation lobby). She has upgraded me twice and I'm sure the last one was because no room was available based on my requests. Thanks for the warm welcome! See you again soon. Cheers!

Second time is almost perfect compare to previous ”
Rooms are good clean with new furniture. HK service is on the high level with speed and professional way. My previous stay was good just one thing is spoiled the impression that HK member were nock the door at 10am to check the room status, but this time they didn’t do it. On the reception just 1 member is working what is making reception busy and you have to wait in the queue. But for the rest and overall I like this hotel. Probably will recommend.

Jared the gym trainer is extremely professional and helpful”
I stayed there for a month - the room was spacious, neat, sleek, clean, but the main reason I stayed in the hotel over an apartment is to be able to have Jared in the gym to train me. Simply the best trainer I had in years and helped me achieve my gain goals. And for that i am very grateful. Also the price is lower than what other trainers are charging. (1,000 Dirham for 12 trainings). Aman in the reception is great as well, and the guys in the pool are extremely kind and helpful. The housekeeping people are doing amazing job. I rate my experience in this hotel 10/10. There are also 3 great restaurants here - Sushi cafe (great chef, open kitchen), House of Noodles - very good asian kitchen and great service, Lebanese restaurant - really good meat and service. Highly recommended.

Great value for money”
For a relatively inexpensive options, I couldn't fault the Two Seasons. Large apartments, friendly staff and good facilities on site. The pool was great, shaded all day and no hassle from staff. Several restaurants within the hotel. Right next to the metro station which was really convenient. Only criticism would be that the kitchen had very little equipment and no washing up liquid, sponges etc which I had to buy myself. But I would happily stay here again.

It is right in between all big attractions so you will find all attractions just at 3-4 metro stations or bus stands away like burj khalifa, dubai mall, dubai marina, burj al arab.. bus stand and metro stand is right there near the hotel. And the view, and the pool and gym ( much better then many gym brands in India) 😍

Absolutely top-notch hotel from top to bottom. Probably the nicest hotel I've stayed in. The gym is actually a full gym, which is by far the best I've ever seen in a hotel. If you're looking to stay in the Internet City area, do not hesitate to book here!

Nice hotel for the money and the location”
I was traveling with my family and we had rented an apartment. The rooms were spacious and the living room was big. The kitchen could well be cleaner. The staff was very sweet and friendly. The very sweet man and lady whos clean our apartment on 15th floor were always so diligent and always smiled. Everyday at the pool we got some good mocktail that the nice bartender made for us. I could easily return to the hotel another good time.

The hotel is at the perfect location. Ou room has a spectacular view of the Marina high rise bldgs and Dubai eye. The pool area has an unobstructed airspcace and we can see the Burj Khalifa from the background. Staff are really helpful and corteous.

Possibly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in.”
One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It's huge... filled with restaurants and shops. Nice pool/hot tub area on the 8th floor. Literally the best gym I have ever seen in any hotel before. It's a full gym, so no need to venture to an outside gym if you're a fitness enthusiast like me. It's also directly in front of the Metro for convenience. If I could mention 1 con, it would be that there is not a ton of stuff to do within walking distance, but that's just because of the Internet City area. If you want to go to a mall, or outside restaurants and stores, you will need to take a taxi or the Metro. I highly recommend Two Seasons!

Wonderful stay with Family ”
Highly recommended for families the location is very near to the metro and Taxis are available at the hotel entrance. The breakfast was also very good. Swimming pool is also great fun to spent time with kids.
