    “Homestay Berbaloi”

    Homestay yang sesuai bersama keluarga. Lokasi senang diakses, kejiranan yang aman, bebas dari hiruk pikuk bandar dan ada pengawal keselamatan. Ruang tamu yang memadai luas, ada aircond, sofa ringkas, wifi, saluran tv perlu disediakan walaupun boleh akses channel online. Keperluan dapur yang mencukupi tetapi perlu ditambah jug air, water filter perlu disedikan seperti Coway dan seumpamanya. Meja makan turut disediakan. Setiap bilik mempunyai aircond, tilam tambahan dan sejadah tetapi tiada cermin di dalam bilik kecuali di bilik air, seterika juga disediakan. Kebersihan keseluruhan homestay adalah baik. ULuv amat disyorkan bagi keluarga yang mencari kediaman untuk bercuti.

    “Bad experience”

    It was an ideal location for those who wanted to hang out near Desaru and the nearby locations with family. The stay was not a pleasant one, as there are quite a number of improvements needed for the house.  * The fans were super dusty, clumped with dust. * Most of the chairs were shaky and broken; they need replacement asap. * Quite a lot of dusty webs were found on the shelves and wall corners. * There were dusty clumps and tiny hairs on the bed. Found a blood stain on the bed too. Need urgent cleaning. * There was no broom/dustpan provided.  * No drinking water facility or supply. As a conclusion, proper standard amenities should be instilled in order to improve and sustain quality.

    “Location & Facilities”

    Location wise is not that strategic as you need to drive 15 minutes to Bandar Penawar. Facilities : 1. Bathroom door knob lock button is damaged. 2. TV not functioning and no channel. 3. Hair dryer is provided but cant be used as its China plug, need to buy adapter.
