Value for money, I would recommend”
Its the best hotel to stay at if you want to stay at Deira or Al riggah. Location is perfect., its a 5 minute walk from metro and has dry cleaner and grocery store nearby. The lighting in the room, the big mirror was perfect for my wife to dress up. The hotel staff is very nice. The breakfast is a buffet on the 1st floor. Room service is easy and convenient. Hotel has a parking deck in basement. The rooms are clean and spacious.

We always preffer to stay in the property. Rooms are spacious.staff is cooperative. But this time a south indian guy in the restaurant was ao wierdly behaved.my partner was so surprised to see his way of having conversation along with us.he is a old man belongs to south india.even he dnt have any single customer there in restaurant then also he was acting like dat .but on the other hand when we comes in morning for our breakfast the morning staff of the restaurant was so clam well behaved.they served us very well.and reception staff is so friendly .i was feels so happy to have a great motivational conversation along with a phillipina staff on the reception as well.

Great staff! My partner had to take an earlier flight than our original trip. I called the reception and told them that I need an airport transfer urgently and the staff was able to provide one. Then, my partner forgot the documents and they were so kind to deliver the documents alone from Dubai to Sharjah. Best staff ever!!

The rooms were extra clean and very spacious. They provided all the sorts of toiletries, bathorobe, sandals. It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and the check-in was very smooth.

Amazing Improvement”
I was there last year and almost cursed everything about the hotel that time. It was a nightmare experience. The pillows smelled saliva, not allowing my ‘husband’ to visit me, the receptionist was very very rude, room not clean. BUT NOW, I was very surprised and amazed by how the facilities and services have now level up and as the same with other 4-star hotels. Actually, I didn’t know it was the same hotel I stayed in last year, until I saw the parking area and the places around the hotel that made me realize it was. I became very anxious realizing it and experiencing the worst services again. Anyway, nice improvement! Good, some big company acquired you and makes you bigger and awesome! Highly recommended!

I only stayed here for one night but it was lovely. It is near the metro station, the rooms are cosy and renovated and the staff are nice. Don't be swayed away by the outside appearance, the inside is lovely.

Very perfect place for relaxation, it value your money , first class surrounding and a well accomodating staff. I used to book hotel atleast thrice a month and also tried several hotel but still prefer Versailles. They wont make you disappointed and this is a guarrantee.

V hotelu jsme byli spokojeni, jen okno v pokoji bylo umístěno tak, že byl pokoj celkem tmavý, takže se muselo svítit i během dne. Jinak vše v pořádku, úklid na úrovni, snídaně dobrá- dostatečný výběr jídla i pití. Personál milý, ochotný a vstřícný. Umístění jen pár stovek metrů od stanice metra Al Rigga. V okolí je několik supermarketů a restaurací. Hotel doporučujeme. We were satisfied with the hotel, only the room window was placed so that the room was quite dark, so it had to be lit during the day. Otherwise everything ok, cleaning level, breakfast good- sufficient choice of food and drink. Staff nice, helpful and accommodating. Location just a few hundred meters from Al Rigga Metro Station. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Hotel recommended.
