THe hotel concept is very nice and very well presented. We can take pictures of almost every corner. I love staying here. The room is comfortable. Above all, it's like you stay if the fairy tale castle which is not old but magic.
We had a 5 night stay at Dream Castle and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The decor & attention to detail in the lobby was beautiful. Our room was a good size, clean with large comfortable beds though I found the pillows too large. Breakfast was included and had a reasonable selection though more fresh fruit would have been appreciated. The indoor playground was a great addition when waiting for the shuttle buses. The buses ran regularly throughout the day - they are very busy and were stressful at times especially travelling with a young child. We chose to catch a taxi late at night.

If you’re doing DLP you need a great shuttle bus service. There is a monitor which tells you how long you have to wait. Because this is the middle hotel you always get on the bus (it might be busy at park times). The staff were nice at reception. Didn’t like queuing to get into breakfast. Breakfast was basic - no pancakes, waffles etc. The boil your own eggs was strange and actually dangerous - no option for omelettes or someone to give you poached eggs. For this level of hotel I thought breakfast could have been much better. The indoor pool is tiny and when we went in the morning, the slide and hot tub were closed. The grounds look lovely. There was this strange eco incentive to hang a bad on your door to get something overnight - a free gift. Nothing happened and eventually reception gave me a handful of sewing kits, toothbrushes and wet wipes when I asked about it. Very odd. Stay here for 2 nights, good facility (gym, swimming poil, arcade), friendly staff. Room is comfortable with nice view at garden. There is shuttle bus to disneyland (but is shared with other nearby hotels, expect is crowded at peak hour). Cons: Hair dryer power is really weak.. And rmb to bring own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Stayed at the Dream Castle for a week. The hotel was very clean and looked amazing. The rooms was nice and tidy however there was signal issues with the television which could not be sorted. A variety of other UK channels would have been nice. Breakfast was nice but some staff can be quite rude and questioned why we were taking extra eggs not knowing my son is autistic and is a fussy eater and enjoys egg toast. The pools were nice but I would like to see more slides for the kids. The jacuzzi inside was perfect but can get busy with kids. Overall the hotel was very nice and we enjoyed staying here.
