Amazing service !”
I travelled to Dubai with my best friend and we actually only book a normal room for the 8 night. Upon our arrival and check in, we were upgraded to a Burj Khalifa view suite !! The view was amazing, the suite was big and roomy, it has a kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. There was also a washer so we could do our laundry. The service provided was really amazingly good, thumbs up to the staff and their warmth. I'm definitely going back to Dubai and Villa Rotana is the hotel that's on my staying list. Oh and its near to Business Bay Metro station, like a 2 minutes walk, really accessible ! There's also a hypermarket next to Villa Rotana for your grocery shopping.

EXCELLENT HOTEL ”
Although this was only a one night stay we would definitely return. The staff, special mention must be made of Anne, the receptionist, for whom nothing was too much trouble, were all friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The location was excellent also as it was possible to walk to the Dubai Mall from this hotel, probably about fifteen to twenty minutes, most of the way undercover direct from the metro station nearby. There was such a wide range of food at breakfast it was difficult to choose and fresh food was continually being brought from the kitchen. Yes, I would recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel just opposite Burj Khalifa and dubai mall. Five minuets walk to train station. Resonably priced, very nice room and comfortable bed. Will be back!

Great stay here at Villa Rotana! The staff were so wonderful and helpful. While there’s not much around the hotel itself- the metro is only a 5 minute stroll away and 1 stop from the Burj and Dubai Mall. Would highly recommend and will stay again if travelling to Dubai :)

We stay at this hotel for six night. We chose this hotel on travelers reviews and it’s central location close to many attraction that is famous Dubai mall and burj khalifa. This is a apart hotel and rooms are big we take city view room. But for burj khalifa view you have to pay more. I thought city view mean we can see the burj khalifa and all front view but this is not case. Hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful. Checking in out is easy and fast. The breakfast is good but choices of food is not great. The buffet is bit mush mash. There is no bar or alcohol available at this hotel. Otherwise our stay was pleasant will recommend.

This is one of the best hotels i stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. Specially Mr.Yousef , Mr. Sami a real leader , Miss Weghen and Mr.Rafah, The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Mini bar was too expensive. Especially chips was over charged. Which was cost me 32 diram. Even price was not mentioned in anywhere in menu . Really surprised me 50 gm chips cost 16 $.
