Simply the best staycation that I ever had,Ms Alice from Village hotel Bugis was really really sweet and helpful and throughout the check-in,she made sure we are comfortable(as a mother of young kid,she really made everything sweet and even gave out balloon and goodies for my daughter especially and it sure brighten up my daughter's day and so do mine) We even got an upgrade when she saw that we are travelling with kids which was really really a nice gesture,my daughter really enjoyed her upgraded room filled with kids deco and toys and my in-law really love their rooms which was facing the mosque(it was so surreal to them to them with the calmness of it) Once again,a big Thankyou Village Hotel Bugis!!We will definitely highly highly recommend it to others!May there be more people like Alice in the service line..love her smile and warm accomodating nature..

Once and for all, this hotel never disappoint me since the 1st time we've been there. Village Hotel Bugis is the best hotel until it become our favourite hotel & especially my kids, they love it alot! The staffs & housekeeping are all very friendly & really take care of our stay there. I would like to rate the front desk staff name Mr Rizaludin 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. His service is tiptop! 👍 He will always make time for us if we need his help 😍 Previously we came back there to staycay after a few months not checking in due to covid heighten alert. I was soo shock when i received such a beautiful & wonderful welcome back decoration inside our room. 😱😍 I really appreciate whatever he have done & whatever efforts he put into it👍 Not only this hotel is my favourite & now i have a favourite staff too that is Mr Rizaludin😊 Once again i would like to thank everyone at VHB for the warm welcome whenever we are there & thank you for your excellent service! ❤️ Will always come back there with my family again😘

IT WAS THE BEST CHOICE!”
I had to change my hotel due to COVID-19 situation and I was so glad that I managed to book a connecting room. We stayed for 2 nights and it felt so good! Theres nothing to complain..The pool was clean (don’t forget to book the slot upon checking in the hotel) the rooms were clean and the toilets have water spray now and it’s the heart of halal food! There wasn’t a lot of problem to find food for my 1 year old twins. Thank you Village Bugis Hotel, we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent staycation”
Excellent service by staff (front desk and housekeeping). Excellent location - easy to visit the historic Arab street and surroundings, all the way to Bugis and the civic district. The room was very comfortable and clean, the view superb. And the complementary bottle of wine with personalised card was a really wonderful and meaningful touch. Strategic and Convenient Amazing Hotel in Arab Street ”
Dear Bugis Village Hotel and Team, We stayed in the deluxe room on the 11th floor facing the sultan mosque and had a wonderful stay. The room is comfortable. Aircon was good, all toiletries were provided such as robes, towels, iron, and boards in the room that was necessary for our stay. Although the counter was busy during weekends and check-in time, all the staff including the backend counter came forward to attend to all guests and we didn't have to wait long. Your staff displayed such a warm welcome to all the guests. I have another family who even decided to check-in at the last minute the next day upon seeing how comfortable the place is. The surrounding was so vibrant and plenty of foods and places to see. This hotel is the most strategic and convenient place to stay when you are in Arab Street. Due to covid, there are some regulations in the hotel such as pre-booking of the swimming pool and no room service. But it was totally fine. The price for the hotel was affordable and worth it. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and pleasant. We would definitely choose to return to this hotel again.

Overall is superb. We are so welcome by the front desk.the room is very spacious,toilet very clean,amenities toiletries all complete. The aircon is way to cold even after we adjust the temperature.end up we switch is off.but that's ok. The breakfast spread is comfort food but more than enuf.we are served like a royal family.staff service is superb.will come again.tanx you so much.

Got the connecting rooms. It was spacious and clean. We booked a slot for the pool. Hotel food outlets are halal and have a variety. Central location to walk around at Arab St, Bugis and even to the National Library. Also great for food delivery in nearby areas. Only downside is the TV only has local channels and not much children channels or movie channels. Happy with our stay here!

This is our first time going here, recommended by a close friend. We are family of 4, 2 adults & 2 children age 3y0 & 12yo. Food wise around the hotel is super convenient. Staff around the hotel are very friendly, always greeting us and ensure that we enjoy our stay. Even booking a slot at the pool was a breeze! We collected our breakfast & ate in the room the next day. Staff even apologized to us a few times due to the waiting time as there was a wedding event on that particular day. Kids love the bathtub in the family room and of cause, the swimming pool! Looking forward for our next stay again!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I travelled with my parents. Booked 2 separate rooms. But the staff at the checkin counter was very kind enough to provide us with a connecting room. Location is very convenient. Very near to Haji Lane and walking distance to the metro station. Two restaurants available for breakfast--up to you where you want to eat. But more choices on the restaurant near the pool. The only downside to our stay is that we did not have enough time to enjoy the pool and the surroundings near the hotel. But all in all, it was a perfect stay. Will definitely come back and recommend this place.

I have stayed in the hotel for a number of times. It is clean and the staffs are friendly. A very cosy place with a lot of places with nice food around the area. Would stay in this hotel whenever there is a chance with good price. I like the room with a bath tub and also small freezer to store my drinks.

They provided a good customer service start from entering hotel building. I have a good experience staying village hotel although the building is not really new but is clean and have a big room. Glad to received $60 meal vouchers and thank you Rizal careful explanation how to use those vouchers. Conclusion, I will come back again for my next staycation.

Celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary there. Checked in in the evening and it went smoothly. To my surprise, the staffs did managed to decor our bed with swan towels and chocolate. They delivered it well even for a short notice. The breakfast was simply localize and it's delicious. The staffs were very helpful and well organised too! Kuddos to all VHB staffs for your hardwork and patience during this time of the year. 🥰

Our 2nd stay here with my family this time we bring along my mum. Staff are friendly never disappointed us from the start of our stay till our check out. Yes, it’s an older hotel, but for the money the rooms are spacious and clean!!! GREAT LOCATION!!! An added bonus was having a lot of tv viewing channels which seems to be rare at many budget hotels in Singapore.

I stay at this hotel for 1 day, surprise for my kids. We really love it . Daniel is the one who serves us, we got and upgrade rooms and my kids were super love it . King bed was super large.
