I was attended by Miss christina upon checked in.... She is friendly, courteous and helpful.. Thank you... The room was clean and spacious. If you are a smoker and choose to have a smoking room, Do take note that, room only have ventilators and not an open window.. Ovell i enjoyed my stay at the hotel

Short Staycation”
Booked deluxe room with an affordable price. Near to coffee shops with lotsa variety n nice foods. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly, Mr. Hadidi to be exact. My kids enjoyed themselves as they went for a night swim(since it was raining during the afternoon) which close at 10pm.. Worth it!

It’s fairly close to the airport yet quiet. Infinity pool on the rooftop with spectacular views. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Nice amenities in the room. Slippers, toiletries and an easy to use safe. Prompt response to our inability to get a he lights on ( we didn’t know you have to put the key in the slot by the door). We’d definitely stay here again next time.

This place was just what we needed. We were training hard during the day and slept like babies at night. The room was peacefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The stay worked more of a stopover for me in the middle of a camp I was leading. The bathtub was a welcome luxury after 2 days out in the 'wild'. No lack of food options either. Comfy bed, quiet room.

Excellent place to stay. Extremely comfy bed and very good facilities. Lots of stuff close by and only 30 mins from town. Free airport shuttle to Changi airport too. Didnt get to use the pool. Maybe next time.

Wonderful room and location. Two swimming pools and small play area is great for families with children. Very lovely staff and super helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to stay again soon.

Swimming pools were wonderful. But insufficient towels due to irresponsible guest. He took 7 towels for 4kids and 1 adult. This is shown the ugly side of Singaporean. We used 1 towel for 3kids and a mother. unlucky I guess .

I have stayed in this wonderful Hotel since 2014, and what makes me keep returning for some 35 times is the wonderful Staff. In particular, I am very impressed by Ivan of the Front Office. He is always super patient and professional in responding to my enquiries. It is wonderful Staff like Ivan which add value to your Hotel and makes the customers return again to stay and dine in your Saltwater Cafe for the buffet. Thank you so much, Ivan !!!

The hotel is located 20 mins from airport when traffic is low. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The club previelege with junior suite is good as well. Breakfast is good as well. Only no one helped with bags or maybe that is no more done?

I checked in and requested for a smoking room but only available double single bed.. The staff who assisted me in check-in upgraded my room to a non smoking with king size with view.. Of course i was pleased.. The complimentary bday was nice but took a little too long to arrive and made me miss the shuttle bus to airport.. Nevertheless i am happy with first experience

Other than some constructions, all is good. Had a nice view over the sea. Clean with a very nice bathtub. Good amenities provided such as slippers, shower gel shampoo in tubes and toothbrush too. Would choose to stay there again. Staff is friendly with a smile.
