I absolutely recommend this resort!! The receptionists and staff members are very hospitable and professional, especially Mr Mohammed who was very helpful and provided us with a wonderful room that met all my expectations and needs!! The room was very clean and comfortable for our stay. This is my first time staying here but it certainly Won’t be my last! Highly recommend.

Wonderful for the price”
We were 3 families with very young kids with us staying in 3 rooms only for a day. Everything about the hotel was superb, be it the smooth check in process , well arranged spacious rooms with more than enough toiletries, good pool and an accessible location . We didn't try the restaurant there , as we brought food from outside . So we are not sure how good/bad the food there is. But bringing / ordering food from outside is not an issue at all . Overall, i won't think twice before recommending them to anyone who ask me. 👍

I listed the reasons I stayed longer in another review, but now I can add another example of the management's kindness -- when my flight was delayed till 3 am and I needed to rest, the boss himself carried my bags to the room and sent a free boxed dinner, because he knew I was resting and wouldn't go out. Added to the great value, nice pools and large, clean rooms, this experience convinced me to return whenever I'm in Abu Dhabi. The "city view" may be of nearby buildings but I think the complex was designed for visual privacy, so that's a feature not a bug. Thanks again!

This renovated hotel could not be nicer. Staff even helped a young family find a room for the right price without a credit card, without a reservation. They also extended my stay when flight was delayed. Beautiful quiet suite had 2 TVs! A winner in an expensive town.

Good place but bad Housekeeping policy”
The hotel is situated in the heart of the city which is accessible to all places nearby. The hotel is clean and quiet. However, I had an issue with requesting for an extra towels where you have to surrender the old soiled ones before they could provide new ones. I have been to many hotels and had stayed in this hotel previously but this is the first time I encountered such housekeeping practice. As a paid customer, a new pair of fresh towels is something not to be deprived.
