A great quarantine stay”
I drove up to a very elegant and beautiful hotel. It looks just like the photo. I was greeting several times by the valet staff and concierge staff. COVID-19 regulations were being implemented. My temperature was taken. There were 6 meter stickers on the floor. Everyone was wearing a mask. Perfect. There were a few people ahead of me, but one the male staff placed me in Louise's care. She greeted me right away. I gave her all of the necessary info, cards, and my signature. We had a nice chat about how COV)D-19 has changed the rate of stays at the hotel. I was given a members number. I was told that I could go to cafes, restaurants and spas to get the 25% off. Once I realized this, I wasn't happy. As a doctor, nurse, and an educator, this won't work for me. I am an essential worker. I cannot risk being in public for too long. I would like for you to review this policy, especially for people like myself. I spent 500 AED on food and drink and that was from Kcal, but we would have rather given you that money. Please reconsider your policy for people like me. Before, I sat down to talk with Lousie, I was given a tag and information about my bags. After our chat, I was off to my room. I loved how my luggage arrived after me. I also loved how I was told before hand. I wasn't too happy with my room. It didn't look like the one I am looking at now as I fill out this form. It didn't have as many windows. I also wasn't happy about being placed on the side of the building instead of the front. I did mention that I didn't want to be near the elevator, but I was. The one thing I loved about this room was, that there was a door I could close to keep the outside noise out. I loved my book. It was perfect. It was to die for. I loved all the touch technology for the lights and curtains. I absolutely loved my shower. It was a God send that I was placed here. I needed a turbo jet experiences to revitalize my skin. I would like to thanks Mr. HANI AZAR, to let me select my 6 nights stay at the most amazing room of the hotel at the level 48. After 6 nights, I booked two more night, because I don't want to get out of the dream world. Mr. HANI AZAR, I would like to thank you again and again. Because if you were not there, I would take alternate decisions. I would like to highly praise for him, because he is the most dynamic, friendly, problem solver and great asset in the management staff. His approach and taking care of the guest is amazing. Overall hotel experience was really out of my words. From the room, I have seen all the views of natural settings Dubai has to offer. From Sun Rise to Sun Set, Foggy to Clear Weather of Dubai, Early morning Horizon before sunrise and more. Conveniently located. Cannot describe more. From the entrance into the hotel and housekeeping staffs, everyone was so supportive. Specially Mr. Aurum and Daily Housekeeping lady Miss Monju and others whose name I have forgotten. Most of the staff who supported me from 14 Jan 2021 till 22 Jan 20 and served room 4801, is just awesome. Any one up for hotel dining, I would highly recommend to try their Chicken and Mushroom Soup, Spaghetti and Pizza. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very cosy room with a lovely view from the humongous windows all around including that in the showers. Beautifully setup hotel, very friendly staff, very good breakfast and a prime location of Sheikh Zayed only 2 minutes away from the Metro station. Have stayed at many good hotels on this strip and this one almost stands out Highly recommended!!!

Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable, and wonderful. Check in was fast. Special thanks & commendation to Paula who arranged our early check-in and late checkout. We also had our room upgraded for free. Truly, we experienced VIP treatment during our stay. The room is modern and spacious. The location was very convenient for getting around. The soundproofing here is not perfect. I stayed at the top floor so I was close to the bar. I heard noises from the bar at night and sometimes from other room. The room looks bit old but was clean and comfortable. Also has the nice view. But what made me happy to stay in this hotel was Marsha! She is super nice person who works in lounge. She is always kind to everyone and even smile to the rude customers. She is amazingly hospitable person and made me feel like here is my home away from home. Thank you so much, Marsha! Burj Khalifa and Jumeirah beach only a couple minutes drive. Metro Station, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are just a stone's throw away. The room that they gave me was facing Sheikh Zayed road so the view was perfect. Loved the bathroom set up also.
