Let down”
Top hotel. 5 star luxury but A huge let down when it comes to almost everything else, a wasted opportunity. Food- shocking Low quality meals that taste like rubbish. Noodles so salty , worst pancakes ever and the granola was a joke. TV- another joke. Brand new hotel without Chromecast/airplay etc. no Netflix/Amazon feature as well. Was a pain to get my device connected Facilities are all closed by night. No late night lounge to chill over football etc. (at least they said no when I called reception) Value for money? I don’t think so.

Ideal City hotel”
First of all I'd like to thank the Front Desk Manager for the afternoon/nightshift Zacharia for his open and friendly manner. I really appreciated his company while waiting for my girlfriend and the chats we had at the most random times of the day! THANK YOU But as the title said, there were minor flaws that were not perfect. First - there was no hot tub in the spa area - nothing particularely important, but would be a nice touch. 2nd my girlfriend (whom doesn't speak english that well) was often times not taken care off as politely as you'd expect. but nothing that would be a deal breaker for a guest. On the other hand I'd like to point out the extraordinary service from all staff members towards me and my issues. As I had a medical incident i got provided with medicine in a matter of 35min which is astonishing. I also want to thank our waitress in Bull&Bear on NYE (I think she was called Joliee or something like that) for being so friendly, helpful and understanding for each thing we had. Also loved the adaption to our eating rythm. One small bonus point would be the small shop downstairs on the ground floor - this one provided us with all neccessary things for our day trips! lovely - will come back for sure!
