A special and memorable experience”
We had a 5 day stay at the Waldorf Hotel in Dubai to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We were welcomed at the hotel with a suite upgrade and everything from then on was just fantastic. The room, the amazing palm / marina view, the pool, the service, the breakfast and the staff politeness / friendliness was just fantastic and created such an enjoyable and memorable experience. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in and we highly recommend this hotel if you plan to holiday in Dubai.

Very Special Hotel/Resort”
Exceptional in every way. Staff very professional and helpful. Ideal for young families but also all other age groups as well. A distance from the spectacular centres but a very efficient shuttle bus service is provided throughout the day free to all residents. Breakfast area is spacious with an enormous variety of foods and the poolside restaurants need to be experienced. The Gym facilities are first class open 24hrs with a highly trained and experienced staff member present.

We had friends visiting from South Africa and decided to stay for 1 night with them. Staff was super friendly and professional. Location on the palm with all the activities you would need and close to Atlantis if one would want to take a day trip there. Special thanx to Borzo and all the attendants around the family pool that looked after us like we were the only people there. Will definitely be back

Maybe one of the best hotels ever”
Awesome interior, facilities, service. We even were upgraded to a spacious suite, overlooking the sea and Burj el Arab. Fantastic view! Breakfast was a bit crowded and less organized, had to wait a lot, also pool bar quite disorganized, but otherwise very nice experience!

Maintenance needs to improve. The scale for weight. Both in the room aren’t working. The steel used for the design almost fell when it lost grip but didn’t fall.. amazing restaurant and lovely staff members. And lovely environment to cool off and relax. Special thanks to Aigerim, David and Mary from the restaurant staff. They were looking after us and asking to help with our needs. Will surely love to visit again but kindly work on maintenance to make sure all facilities are functional

Fabulous hotel and staff location is approx 30 min drive to the city centre however, we prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again perfect for us.

Ok for a short break”
The Waldorf at the Palm Jumeirah was a lovely hotel, situated on the beach at the Palm. The view was great, and a morning swim at the beach was great. However, service was intermittent. While everyone was polite and helpful, requests such as for room cleaning, were not followed up in a timely manner. As well, as a solo traveler I felt like the hotel catered more to family groups. While the room price was good, the meal costs were substantial and with no nearby alternative, there was really not much choice. It is also some distance from other attractions unless you are wanting to visit someplace like Atlantis. All in all, this was a satisfactory visit but I would probably not choose it again as my location of choice.

Good hotel but not for the service ”
The hotel is very nice with nive facilities, but in regard of the services, i am very disappointed.. This is my third time i stay in different waldorf astoria... But still the service is very bad... I had to wait two hours after the check in.. To get my room ready. After arriving to the room i had to wait one more hour to get my bags. Fridge is broken and had to ask to fix it... Another hour.... The baby cot which i requested since my booking in agoda.. Another 2 hours.. My birthday arrangement which i requested through Agoda... They didn't even leave a letter.. It was really a very bad experience.. And i hope this time i give up on this hotel... As i have never seen something like this among the top hotels.
