you CANNOT beat the value for money of yotel 👍🏼 located just across from ion orchard, the hotel is just steps away from the famous shopping district of orchard road, with underground access and street level crossing available at the shaw house - wheelock place traffic light. the closest mrt station is the orchard station, and there is also a bus stop just next to5e shaw house building on te orchard road side, then last but not least you can ask any ofthe very helpful hotel staff to get a taxi should you need one. the swimming pool is very good, located at the same floor as the gym and breakfast lounge. we selected the room with a bunk bed installed as per my son's requst, and while the room is small but it is of very good quality and very clean. wifi is available inside the rooms too which is important, and as a bonus the housekeeping droids were a hit with the kids, which can bring you water bottles, towels etc to your room. we will surely consider staying here again 👍🏼

Truly Unforgettable Stay”
Our check in process was very smooth and fast. The staff was so helpful even when I almost done with my check-in. She actually offered me for the additional room key in view of we were travelling in group. It was so thoughtful of her. It is shamed that I forgot her name. The room is clean, the ambient is super cool with the signature purplish design and soft lighting. Not to forget the electric adjustable bed, it was out of expectation (I didn’t look at the reviews and room features when I booked), my parents like it so much! There are so much to explore in the room. The safe and bar are perfectly fit into the bed side table, the Bluetooth, HDMI ports to TV, ready USB ports (4 of them), etc. Last but not least is the stunning view looking from the toilet! It is just brilliant to have this design, we had a good time spent during our stay. Definitely will be my choice for next visit.

High Tech, High Touch”
Wonderful experience at this hotel. Location can’t be beat (corner of Orchard and Scotts), the room though small did not feel tight because of its efficient design, it had almost all the amenities and facilities of a 5-star hotel. What makes this different from other hotels is its high tech facilities. There is an option for automated check in and check out , and it has two amusing robots—Yolanda and Yoshi—that delivers water to the room. (My husband kept ordering water just because.) At the same time, traditionalists need not worry. Yotel staff are on hand to check in and check out guests and attend to left luggage. The cleaning crew is also very attentive. My husband and I are very happy to have stayed at Yotel Orchard. The only warning for future guests (based on my sister’s experience) is not to bring a lot of luggage. One piece of luggage (and a backpack) per person should be okay. More than that, the room will feel tight.

Fantastic use of space, practical and neat interior!”
I was expecting the usual tightly packed, busy and noisy traveller’s hotel. But I was surprised that the soundproofing between room and exteriors were great (given that it’s in a bustling location). Interior designing was clever; amenities were very sufficient and neatly tucked away. Absolutely no clutter in the small room I was in; appreciate this much! Plenty of light, and room was so meticulously cleaned—no water spots on corners of the tall windows in the shower, not a single speck of dust in the lonely corners at the tiny pantry. Bed was a little too soft to my liking but still had a good sleep. Breakfast was ample, dining area has great sunshine. Pool area was also well designed with great combinations of greens. Overall, really great value for money, and really thought the overall design of the room is great—Even to the shower floor!

Yotel, modern and clean”
The hotel is new and well designed. The rooms are modern and clean and provides you with everything you need for a convenient and restful stay. They don't clean daily - more like once in 3 days so don't expect that. The checkin and checkout process is super fast and as contactless as possible. They even have robots that deliver water and towels to your room if you need it. They have a restaurant and bar that serves excellent quality food and drinks. There is a large pool and a good gym that is always cleaned. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and would bring my family next time. I recommend this place to any type of traveller who wishes to enjoy the city center and be conveniently placed for business meetings.

Impressed with Yotel”
When we first entered the room I thought, "too small to be comfortable". But after unpacking we found that we had enough space for our "stuff". Look under the bed and each side has an area to slide your suitcases, shoes, your shopping, etc. Always plenty of bottled water can be delivered by the robot or a visit to the front desk. You can choose to skip maid service for a few days and receive a cash credit at the restaurant. Everything first class - Great Staff - Exceptional clean hotel - great rates and Great Location. A nice quaint hotel in Orchard Road with a bidet 😍”
The room was clean and yes, it is small and compact but it should not be a problem if you are not fussy. Plus, the nicely done interior makes up for the size of the room. That said, it is probably more suitable for a light packer. I will return again for a staycation when I feel like exploring Orchard Road. Far East Plaza is just right across with good food options, or you may prefer to call for Grab or Food Panda is you want to stay in. Do note that there is a slight upwards hill upon reaching the hotel if you are not taking any vehicles to the area.

My fav hotel in Singapore”
Been staying here for quite a number of times, always been the top of the list of the hotel I want to stay everytime I’m in Singapore. Thank you Agoda for the great deals/surprise deals otherwise I don’t think I would choose to stay here because the price is quite expensive if I were to book direct from their website. I love the location and most of all, the cleanliness. Many TV channels as well. Pool is small but that’s fine because I don’t use it. Love the robot, especially Yoshi, the chattier one haha. Hairdryer is very good, not the lousy usual hotel type. No shower cap in the room though. Will be back definitely. 😘

Exceeded Expectations”
There was so much packed into such a small room, I was totally impressed! Plus space management that goes beyond just the bed pulling back out of the way was a plus. The selection of TV channels was more than what I'd received in far more luxurious hotels and I appreciated the HDMI plugin (situated not at the back of the TV but conveniently beside the bed). For English Premier League fans, you get the channel for those matches as well. I stayed on a high floor and the view was excellent. The room was clean and modern. The service staff were also friendly. I was hesitant picking this place but it ended up making my day!

Cute and fun little getaway with my partner”
Was a cute and fun staycay, though for the price compared to the room amenities & room space, if would be more appropriate if it was cheaper. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and room was cosy though not much space to work with. However, I stayed 3D2N and wanted room service on my 2nd day, and the staff mentioned that they only offer room service every 3 days and I was confused. I might have misheard wrongly though, but in the end I wasn't able to get my room cleaned and sheets changed that night. Other than that, I'm really happy that I got the 2nd highest floor as I requested for a higher floor, and overall I really enjoyed my stay!

Unique and cool little minimalist budget hotel right in the heart of Singapore”
The feeling that you’d get the moment you step into YOTEL is that it is a very efficient futuristic hotel. It has even 3 robots who can speak to you and walk you to your room. Very brand new AND clean hotel. The room is small but it is designed in such a way you would not feel claustrophobic or crammed. My room has a nice view overlooking ION Mall on Orchard Road. The hotel staff are all friendly, efficient and competent. For SGD 400 net for 2 nights I paid were well worth it. The hotel is located right in the heart of Orchard Rd.

Excellent quality for value and location in Singapore”
If you want value for your money then you have one of the top 3 contenders at Yotel SG. If you want value for your money and location, then look no further as this hotel is a must at the top of your list. The walk to Orchard is a very very short distance. You're almost central to Orchard as you could consider yourself one step away from all that shopping. Plenty of food around one corner and go the opposite corner, they're there just as well. I definitely would stay at the hotel again. Rooms might be small for some as they might want to have the space to wind down. Raising the bed allowed for more room to walk around. This is not a sneak in extra people place. Simply no room unless hard floor is fine. Warning, use those blinds in the bathroom. I showered and used the toilet a few times without the blinds down. Didn't realize you can see in. The other downside is the toilet, poor design or maybe my poo, but it leaves a little even after the flush. 4.5 stars from me

Exceptional”
HIGHLIGHTS: Great place. Unique experience. Very Convenient. PRO: Excellent location right in the middle of Orchard. Just a few meters from the bus stop and some underground walking to the MRT. Automated money changer on site. Convenience store nearby. Cool theme especially if you have kids. Robots Yoshi and Yolanda at your beck and call. Shampoo and Conditioner was awesome we actually bought some to bring home. CONS: NO BIDET. If you're used to big rooms skip this as their rooms are can be an issue. The room was sufficient for me, but having a family during this trip (despite having connected rooms) made the space a challenge to manage. FYI: Rooms are equipped with motion sensors to manage the room's electricity. So expect the air-conditioner to shut down while sleeping if motion was not detected, and expect to arrive at your room slightly warm when you're out most of the day.

Value for money staycation”
Overall the experience provided by YOTEL Singapore is perfect. From checking in to checking out. The staffs were friendly and the process was fast especially with the self-check-in system. The room provides a very nice view and a comfortable bed. Cleaniness of the room is also well done by the staff. In addition, the hotel gave one complimentary drink tickets to enjoy at the bar located in the hotel itself. All and all, it has been a great experience and would recommend others to try if they want to have a short local getaway.

CP Value Hotel at An Amazing Location but Needs More Staff”
Modern hotel with a lot of things done via computer (or robots). For example check-in and even creating your own room key can be completely done via the several computers at the entrance. Wifi is really fast and in-person service, when available, is also very good. Rooms are small and cozy so be careful if you are coming with numerous big bags and a stroller - we were able to (uncomfortably) fit three large luggage, three carryons, and a folded stroller but basically not anything else. Nevertheless, the room suited our needs as its very close to Orchard Road where there is lots to do so there is little reason to stay in the room. Also note that the hotel is accessible via mostly indoor walkways. Coming from the MRT underground, walk through the Istesan supermarket, up the escalators, outside a little bit, and then into the IDS center where there is a mini lift in the back to take you up to the hotel entrance. The biggest issue may be the lack of staffing. There’s really only one or two staff at the check-in area and everyone likes to rush in and out during the morning which creates a huge backlog. I think they need to increase the number of staff, at least in the morning to assist with customers trying to check-in and out. Other than that it would have been nice if the check-in slip had notified us that there isn’t daily room cleaning service in the hotel as we were unaware and had to call housekeeping for new towels/water. All in all, I would stay here again. The location is amazing, room is good for the money, and the techy stuff is a bonus.

Fuss free and convenient ”
Check in and out are fuss free, location convenient to food, malls and transport. Worth the money for the hotel location and room. Premium room is cosy is suitable for solo travellers or max 2 people. Room and toilet clean, has a bidet, mini fridge, and boiler. There's also hdmi port on the wall for casting. Check in is only at 3pm but we found out that early check in is $30 (which I feel is actually worth it, if I'm not wrong anytime between 6am - 2pm). Would request for early check in next time.

Exceptional”
Arriving at the hotel, the lobby was full of people. Staff still greeted us within 30seconds and pointed us in the right direction to have our bags checked in as we arrived prior to the 3pm check in time. Staff were clear - advised there would be a extra charge to check in early but were happy to store the luggage for free until checkin time giving us the day to explore luggage free. Hotel itself was clean and the robot helpers were cool! Good price for the facilities location within walkable distance to orchard shopping malls

The airline cabin concept of the hotel is very interesting and the place is aesthetically pleasing. Staff is also very friendly. The room is cosy, clean, comfy and comes with a nice view. The adjustable bed is a plus point. Hotel is located in town which is very convenient. One slightly disappointing factor is there is no Netflix available on the smart tv and we couldnt do screen mirroring from Iphone to the tv. However, I would still come back again as it was a pleasant stay.

Superb Staycay Experience ”
A really refreshing environment with sci-fi industrial design! Greeted with friendly staff and cute robots - Yolanda & Yoshi. Pool is clean and the staffs are really helpful to my enquiries. They even ask Yolanda to come up our cabin and sing a birthday song for my bf, even had a handwritten bday card. Really made a wonderful experience to our staycay. Had their complimentary breakfast and the portion was huge and great. Only thing is I only stayed for 1 night. Will definitely come here again!

The accommodation during our stay was highly comfortable. The staff at reception were easygoing and helped us whenever we needed. The robots, Yoshi and Yolanda were unique and it was interesting to see room service done in a different way. They were funny and it was very cool to see that kind of technology already used in hotels. The music in the elevator was entertaining and different. It was fun to hear that kind of music. I would definitely come here again.
