Fantastic ”
Great thanks to the hotel staff for their quick response to anything the guest need. Specious villa with high quality furniture along with comfortable bed. The design of the villa is amazing with clear view from the floor-to-ceiling glass doors to the outside. overall it was great time I had there. At the time I was there, I had some issue I didn't like it at all. The UAE government booked some villas for private event (around 80% of the resort) and during the event time one Resturant was able to serve us while other denied the access. The most bad thing happened that the helicopter brought some guests and they cross the resorts above the villas without considering the privacy for the guests (they should fly around the resorts to the H point). I strongly complain to the hotel about that, and suggested if they have special guests and they'll close some major area for them to tell the guests before booking or to close the resort for their special one.

We spent 4 nights at Zaya Nurai with my daughter 4 and son 2. Our stay was amazing. The place was exactly what we were looking for in terms of privacy. We stayed in the one bedroom villa with private pool which was amazing. Kids had a great time especially with our own pool and the sea just a few steps away. The villa itself was very comfortable, modern look and sparkling clean. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Kids area was beautiful. Things to improve: increase shaded parking at the welcome centre. Also we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I mentioned it on a phone call but not even a letter was arranged. Overall the island is wonderful and it sits in such a privilege setting. Really worth a visit if you are looking for some quietness and beauty.

Everything was well organized very perfectly managed I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend people to go and enjoy this gateway The only option is that i think the in room dining need to have more options since there is no other option since i was traveling with an infant and i couldn’t try the restaurants in the island.. and i was going to enjoy it more if the in room dining has the other restaurants menu But all in all everything else was superb

Amazing stay, great on every level. Only bit of negative feedback is that not enough staff are put on to cope with weekend day pass customers at breakfast & this really affected our breakfast service and overall food quality. Lovely hotel though, highly recommend

such a lovely hotel situated on beautiful grounds. Whether a short staycation or longer vacation, this place has everything you want for the perfect getaway. Only a short boat ride from saadiyat island, then you’re in the midst of tranquility. the 1 bedroom villa is beautiful and completely private. Each villa has its own pool so we didn’t spend time at the hotel pools. the stay was perfect.... the only drawback is they do not allow outside food or beverages so drinks can be expensive. The do offer a daily happy hour, though. Zara Nurai is my new “go to” place for serenity. I’ll definitely go back again and again!

Mos Romantic and Gorgeous and fun Resort and Island in UAE”
This is by faaaaaaaaaaaar my favorite place in UAE. Its like Maldives right inside UAE. Was second time i went, i will many more. If it was cheaper i would go 2-3-4 times a year. Villas are phenomenal, Beach is great, Many things to do. The staff was not the best, keep Knocking on my door 3 times even though sign DO NOT disturb. Also took 25 minutes to bring a butter, no bottle opener in the room, and technician never came for bluetooth or wifi even though i called twice.

I was hesitating to go reading all those negative reviews, but glad that I did arriving at welcome center people so welcoming check in fast and smooth boats start at 6:30 am leaving every hour the trip is 15 mins to the island I love how attentive the staff are.. I was offered discount upon arrival to use the spa which was amazing in the villa since you are surrounded by grass and trees expect insects inside and outside the villa to me it was a bit nerve racking but I could manage little creatures 😂 pool was good in size as I booked beach villa it has bigger pool than the two bedrooms .. there were no restaurants open yet only 24hrs room service a bit pricey,,, beach was clean and calm no crowds although the resort is fully booked ! I had the chance to see dolphins swimming next to me in the sea I love it !!! Checking out was fast and smooth too I had no issues during my stay ,, it was a good trip to me since the lockdown due to COVID-19

Exclusivity Lovers Dream - HONEST REVIEW”
If you want to completely disconnect from the outside world, or ever wanted to wake up and see the beach and light green waters the second you open your eyes?, be treated wonderfully by staff (Shereen at reception was a GEM) and feast on a variety of exquisite dishes, then this place is for you. If you want the same in bits and pieces there are 100s of other locations around UAE. This really was the mini Maldives of UAE, absolutely loved my time here and will go back for certain. But.. it comes at a price ;).

- There was some staff working in the hotel not wearing masks - There is no social distancing in the boat ride - We have to pay 150 AED at Zaya Nurai Welcome Center which should be part of the money we paid during reservation . - It was my anniversary and I did not get any sort of kind treat from the hotel like small piece of cake like other hotels. Even when I order red velvet cake. I paid for it. It disappointed me a little bit. - The facilities and water sport were very nice - The pool in the beach villa was fantastic

A wonderful experience and a lovely place to celebrate our first anniversary. Everything was perfect the villa, the food, the staff and I had never saw prettier sunset as I saw in Zaya Nurai. We would love to thank “Jacky” and “Nataila” for their kindness in arranging our anniversary celebration and “Chiju” for the great decorations. It was a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again.

Love the place .. but...”
I really had a great stay everything was good so far, but when I checked out I received a bill of damages items cost around 700 dirham , when I asked they told me miss used one towel and duvet with a stain that we couldn’t remove , I’ve been in a hundred hotels and luxurious resorts none of them did such let me pay for a stain.. like if they want I will recommend to use Ariel to clean sheet instead of let the customers pay for stains.

The room was one of the best we have stayed in with beautiful view from the private pool. Attentive staff. Pizza at smokin pineapple was great. Other restaurants were good but pricey and not exceptional.
